1. Website and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to mlccai.com (the “Site”), operated by MLCCAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MLCCAI,” “we,” or “us”). The Site provides company information, information about developing technology, business partnerships, and general information related to MLCC component research and sourcing. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Separate Websites and Entities

The domains mlcc.ai and mlccs.com serve different functions and may have separate policies and terms. MLCCAI, Inc. and NextGen Components, Inc. are distinct legal entities. Authorized distribution support for AILLEN, CCTC, EYANG, and VIIYONG is provided through NextGen Components, Inc. Product-data coverage involving other manufacturers does not imply an authorized-distribution appointment, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.

3. Technical Information

Product part numbers, technical attributes, manufacturer references, datasheet information, potential cross-reference candidates, and descriptions of sourcing capabilities are provided for general research and preliminary information. Developing AI-assisted cross-reference and second-source functionality is not represented as an operationally verified engineering approval process. Users must independently evaluate current manufacturer documentation, technical suitability, safety, regulatory qualification, lifecycle status, and application requirements. No component interchangeability is guaranteed.

4. No Binding Quote or Supply Commitment

Site information and general inquiry assistance do not create a price quotation, offer for sale, inventory commitment, delivery guarantee, or contract. Availability, pricing, lead times, quantities, shipment arrangements, and commercial or compliance terms require separate confirmation by the relevant contracting entity.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful information and business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability or security, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use Site content in violation of applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights. This provision does not restrict lawful uses protected by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, MLCCAI's original website text, graphic design, and other original materials are owned by MLCCAI or used under authorization and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The MLCCAI combined word-and-design mark is owned by MLCCAI, Inc. A U.S. federal trademark application was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on October 8, 2026 (Serial No. 50151708). The application is pending examination; it is not a federal trademark registration. No federal registration symbol (®) is claimed for the pending application.

Use of MLCCAI names or brand materials in a manner falsely suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization is not permitted. Nothing on the Site grants a license to any trademark or other intellectual property except as expressly stated or authorized by law. Third-party product names, brands, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The pending MLCCAI application does not identify NextGen Components, Inc. as an owner or co-applicant.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to LinkedIn, translation services, mlcc.ai, mlccs.com, and other third-party services. External websites are governed by their own applicable policies and terms. A link is not an endorsement or guarantee of third-party content.

8. Site Availability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item of technical or commercial information is current, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular application. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MLCCAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from reliance on general informational Site content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
