Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service describe general business-inquiry assistance and corporate communications available through mlccai.com, operated by MLCCAI, Inc. The Site does not itself create a paid subscription, online checkout, guaranteed sourcing program, binding sales contract, or marketplace transaction.

2. Our Role and Related Platforms

MLCCAI, Inc. operates the corporate-facing website and directly responds to inquiries addressed to the company. mlcc.ai is associated with developing AI-assisted MLCC research capabilities; mlccs.com is the product-data and RFQ-oriented platform. Each separate platform may be subject to its own notices and terms. References to a platform do not establish a service guarantee.

3. Separate Distribution Responsibilities

MLCCAI, Inc. and NextGen Components, Inc. are separate legal entities. Authorized-distribution support for AILLEN, CCTC, EYANG, and VIIYONG is provided through NextGen Components, Inc. The corporate Site's description of those activities does not make MLCCAI a party to a NextGen distribution agreement, quotation, sale, or order. Contracting parties and responsibilities must be specified in the applicable separate written documents.

4. Business Inquiries

Visitors may initiate general inquiries using the published email address or phone number. MLCCAI directly handles and retains messages sent to it and does not forward their contents or customer contact information to NextGen or other suppliers, including for pricing, availability, or datasheet requests. We may request additional information from the sender to understand or respond to an inquiry. A response does not by itself create a commitment to supply a component or perform a particular service.

5. Technical Assessment and RFQ Information

Manufacturer part numbers, reference specifications, datasheets, cross-reference candidates, and second-source possibilities require independent evaluation. Any technical information supplied in preliminary correspondence is not a confirmation of engineering interchangeability, safety suitability, manufacturer authorization, product lifecycle, or commercial availability. A formal RFQ, price quotation, order, or supply agreement, if any, is subject to separate verification and applicable terms.

6. Quotations and Agreements

Any actual purchase, distribution, shipping, or paid services transaction is governed by a separate agreement with the explicitly identified contracting entity. No statement on this corporate Site replaces the applicable written quotation, purchase order, invoice, or commercial terms.

7. Information You Submit

Please provide accurate inquiry information and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential data. Business correspondence addressed to MLCCAI is handled in accordance with MLCCAI's Privacy Policy once effective. Confidentiality commitments beyond applicable law may require an express written agreement.
