1. Who We Are and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes personal information practices relating to the corporate website mlccai.com and communications directly handled by MLCCAI, Inc., 9 Orchard Road, Suite 106, Lake Forest, CA 92630, USA. It does not automatically govern mlcc.ai, mlccs.com, or the independent business activities of NextGen Components, Inc.

2. Information We Receive

Information you provide. If you email or telephone us, we may receive your name, company, business email, telephone number, inquiry details, component identifiers, and any attachments or other information you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential materials unless necessary and an appropriate channel has been arranged.

Website technical information. Hosting, network, and security service providers may process request and technical data necessary to deliver and protect the Site, which can include IP addresses, requested pages, approximate request times, device or browser details, and diagnostic or security events. Technical records maintained by service providers may be governed by their own operational retention practices.

The reviewed corporate website provides email and telephone contact links, not an online contact-submission form.

3. Website Analytics and Cookies

For the Netlify project reviewed as of October 29, 2026, Netlify Web Analytics, Real User Monitoring, and Forms Detection were not enabled, and no Snippet Injection scripts were configured. Review of the Site's source did not identify common Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager integrations. These observations describe the reviewed configuration, not a guarantee that hosting infrastructure or independently accessed third-party services never process technical identifiers or essential cookies.

The Site does not currently represent that it uses optional behavioral analytics or advertising trackers. We will reassess this Policy and any applicable notice or consent requirements if our use of tracking technologies changes.

4. Purposes of Processing

We use information to respond to questions, communicate about corporate and partnership matters, provide requested general product or technical information, maintain necessary business correspondence, protect website and communications systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use customer inquiries to make automated decisions about individuals through the developing mlcc.ai functions.

5. Customer Correspondence and Disclosure

MLCCAI, Inc. directly receives, processes, manages, and retains customer emails, inquiries, and related business communication records. MLCCAI does not forward customer inquiry contents or customer contact details to NextGen Components, Inc. or other suppliers for MLCC availability, pricing, datasheets, or sourcing coordination. NextGen does not jointly manage MLCCAI's customer correspondence.

Email, hosting, storage, security, or related technical service providers may process data on MLCCAI's behalf as required to deliver, secure, and maintain those services. We may also disclose information where legally required or to protect lawful rights. These forms of technical processing or legally required disclosure are distinct from forwarding a customer's business inquiry to a supplier.

6. External Websites and Translation

The Site links to third-party services and the separate websites mlcc.ai, mlccs.com, and LinkedIn. If you choose an external link or translation service, that service may receive technical information and process data under its own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information there.

7. Retention and Security

MLCCAI is responsible for retention of its customer communication records. We retain them for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, ongoing legitimate business recordkeeping, applicable legal requirements, and the handling of disputes or compliance obligations. Duration depends on the record's purpose and applicable requirements; we do not claim a fixed retention period for every type of record.

We use organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and services involved. No electronic communication or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Privacy Choices and Requests

You may email legal@mlccai.com to ask what personal information associated with your communications we maintain and, where applicable, request access, correction, or deletion. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and may retain data where required or permitted by law. Other privacy rights, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where applicable to MLCCAI, will be honored as required by law. We do not condition ordinary inquiries on agreeing to unrelated marketing communications.

9. Browser Signals and Third-Party Data Practices

We have not established that the reviewed corporate Site engages in sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If legally applicable practices change, we will provide notices and controls required by applicable law, including any applicable mechanisms for recognized opt-out signals. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not by themselves prevent a hosting provider from processing technical requests necessary to display a page.

10. International Processing

Although MLCCAI does not forward customer business inquiries to NextGen or other suppliers, the infrastructure used by email, hosting, and technical service providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions. Applicable protections are determined by the relevant service arrangements and laws.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not designed to solicit personal information from children.

12. Policy Changes

Material changes to this Policy will be reflected by updating the posted Policy and effective date. Where law requires additional notification, we will provide it. Prior versions may be requested through our contact address if available.
