These Terms of Service are an initial framework for future MLCCAI platform services, including AI-assisted MLCC search, data review, availability signals, and sourcing workflow connections. More detailed service terms may be published as platform features are released.
Platform Scope
MLCCAI services may include part-number decoding, parameter normalization, cross-reference review support, availability-signal organization, and workflow links to related supply-network resources.
Decision-Support Information
Platform outputs are intended to support review and decision-making. They do not replace engineering judgment, original manufacturer documentation, customer qualification procedures, or formal purchasing requirements.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing technical information, confirming application suitability, protecting confidential information they submit, and ensuring that any component selection meets their internal engineering and compliance requirements.
Availability and Sourcing
Inventory, availability, lead-time, pricing, or sourcing information may change without notice. Sourcing execution may be handled through related operating channels or the global supply network at mlccs.com.
Updates to Services
MLCCAI may modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Additional terms may apply to account-based access, API use, data uploads, or commercial workflow services.
Limitation of Reliance
MLCCAI provides platform information for review purposes only and does not guarantee that any suggested or referenced component is approved for a specific customer application.
