Terms of Service

Service Scope

MLCCAI is developing an AI-assisted MLCC intelligence ecosystem that may include part-number decoding, parameter normalization, cross-reference review, MLCCAI private-label product data, availability signal review, technical data organization, authorized brand-source information, qualified supply-channel information, and sourcing workflow handoff through related operating channels.

Platform Access

Access to future MLCCAI services, including mlcc.ai or related tools, may be subject to registration, usage limits, data restrictions, API terms, commercial agreements, or additional service-specific rules. MLCCAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

Technical Review Limitation

MLCCAI services are intended to support technical and sourcing review. They do not replace original manufacturer documentation, customer engineering analysis, reliability testing, qualification procedures, or formal procurement approval.

Availability, RFQ, and Supply Information

Website content, product data, cross-reference information, availability references, RFQ responses, and sourcing-related information are provided for review and discussion purposes only. They do not constitute a final quotation, engineering approval, guaranteed availability, or a substitute for customer-side technical validation.

Inventory, lead time, pricing, availability signals, sample support, and sourcing references may change quickly and may be based on selected supply-channel information, external sources, or communication with supplier resources. All quotations, lead times, inventory availability, sample support, and order terms are subject to final written confirmation by MLCCAI, Inc.

Customer Data and Uploaded Information

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit any BOM, AVL, part-number list, project file, or technical information provided to MLCCAI. Users should not submit confidential, export-controlled, restricted, or sensitive information unless appropriate arrangements are in place.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse MLCCAI services, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy data at scale without permission, submit unlawful content, or use platform outputs in a way that violates applicable laws, agreements, or third-party rights.

Manufacturer, Brand, and Private-Label References

Manufacturer names, brand names, trademarks, product series, and part numbers referenced through MLCCAI services are used for identification, comparison, data review, RFQ evaluation, or sourcing discussion purposes only. Unless expressly stated, such references do not imply authorization, endorsement, affiliation, or direct factory representation.

Authorized MLCC brand sources currently include the AILLEN, EYANG, and CCTC MLCC brands. MLCCAI private-label product references are MLCCAI-designated commercial part numbers for structured product mapping, sourcing review, and market development.

Third-Party Resources

MLCCAI services may reference or connect to third-party sources, external websites, manufacturer materials, supply-channel information, translation services, or other tools. MLCCAI is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

No Warranty

Services and information are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. MLCCAI does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, complete data coverage, guaranteed availability, or suitability for any specific design or sourcing requirement.

Future Updates

These Terms of Service are a starting framework. MLCCAI may update them as platform functions, data services, RFQ workflows, API access, customer accounts, or commercial service models are introduced.
